Return of goods

Please only use this address for the return shipment of ordered items:

If the goods are unused and in mint condition, we will refund the payment immediately.
When trying on the goods, make sure that they are not soiled or use a carpet pad. Adhering hair can be easily wiped off with a cloth.

Please enclose your delivery bill so that we can allocate everything immediately. If you would like an exchange, please note this on the delivery bill.

We cover the shipping costs for the delivery of the goods to you.
However, we charge for return shipping. This is due to the fact that the costs are included in the calculation. However, as not everyone makes use of return shipping, these costs are incurred separately.
We therefore ask you to return the goods to us using a service provider of your choice.

DHL Returns

You can also use our DHL portal and issue a self-pay return label.

Select an option suitable for parcel weight and size.

We can track and assign your shipment via the shipment links that are automatically sent to us. As soon as we have received the undamaged / as good as new goods, we will refund your payment to the original means of payment.
